The large planar infrared module is installed in the drying furnace;
The installation structure for fixing the planar infrared module in the drying furnace;
Power supply/control system, which is divided into main control system and sub-control system;

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

RESO infrared module can directly emit infrared heating pole pieces, and the heat transfer path is extremely short. Compared with traditional methods.

It avoids a large amount of heat loss caused by multiple heat exchanges, hot air circulation, and exhaust gas discharge and realizes substantial energy savings by improving the energy utilization rate.

The actual test shows that the 65m dying furnace needs 550,000 kcal/h when using the Hot air circulation mode and only uses 300,000-350,000 kcal/h when using the RESO planar infrared system, saving energy by 40-50%.
