PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

In a single-component water-based coating, there is no need to cook before use or sandblast the surface of the substrate. The coating has good temperature resistance and adhesion and is resistant to -20~150℃ hot and cold shocks and mechanical shocks.

The heat radiation coefficient is up to 0.9, and the heat exchange/ dissipation effect is enhanced by 20-30%. Dry film 10-25um can play a full function; one kilogram can spray 15-20 square meters of surface.

Once applied, it is effective for a long period and permanently improves the thermal performance of the surface.

Usage, storage, and other matters

  • Curing: Bake at 120℃ for 20 minutes or 48 hours at room temperature for natural curing.
  • To ensure the paint's adhesion, please ensure the substrate's surface is clean and free of oil and ash. If necessary, the surface of the object should be properly cleaned.
  • The paint may be layered or precipitated if left for a long time. This is normal and does not affect the paint's performance. It should be stirred properly before use.
  • The paint can be applied by spraying, brushing, rolling, dipping, etc. The spraying process is recommended.
  • The recommended wet film thickness is about 100um, and the dry film thickness is about 20um; after spraying, if conditions permit, it can be left for 5-10 minutes before baking to achieve better coating smoothness.

Transportation

  • The transportation process should be light loading and unloading, and dumping and throwing are strictly prohibited.
  • Prevent sunshine and rain, and prohibit mixing and transporting with liquid or corrosive or strong oxidizing articles.
