PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

One-component waterborne coatings require no aging before use, and no sandblasting is required on the substrate surface. Coating with good temperature resistance, good adhesion, resistance to -20~500℃ hot and cold shock and mechanical shock.

The heat radiation coefficient reached 0.9, and the heat exchange/ dissipation effect increased by 20-30%. Dry film 10-25um can perform all functions. One kilogram can spray 15-20 square meters of surface.

  • Applied to components, power modules, and LED lamp modules to enhance heat dissipation and weight reduction; 
  • Improve the heat dissipation effect or reduce the heat dissipation system cost to achieve a lightweight heat dissipation effect.

Usage, storage, and other matters

  • Curing method: Hold and bake at 260℃ for 40 minutes or hold and bake at 280℃ for 20 minutes.
  • To ensure the paint's adhesion effect, please ensure that the substrate's surface is clean and free of oil and ash, and if necessary, the object's surface should be properly cleaned.
  • The paint may be layered or precipitated if left for a long time. This is normal and does not affect the paint's performance. It should be stirred properly before use.
  • The paint can be applied by spraying, brushing, rolling, dipping, etc. The spraying process is recommended.
  • The recommended wet film thickness is about 100um, and the dry film thickness is about 20um; after spraying, if conditions permit, it can be left for 5-10 minutes before baking to achieve better coating smoothness.

Transportation

  • The transportation process should be light loading and unloading, and dumping and throwing are strictly prohibited.
  • Prevent sunshine and rain, and prohibit mixing and transporting with liquid or corrosive or strong oxidizing articles.
